We provide a commercial and domestic cleaning services in the Greater London area. Our range of professional cleaning services varies according to your demands. From External Window Cleaning of only one window to entire property refreshment service which includes: Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning (optional Gutter boxes/downpipes unblocking and fascia/soffitt cleaning), Window/Skylights and Conservatory Cleaning, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, Patio/Drive (jetwash) Cleaning (optional Conservation). Also if required (and subject to availability) - a General one-off or regular Cleaning Service for those areas where specialist is not essential.

What are D Cleaning Solution (London) operating hours?

A.

Our operating teams are able to start before the early birds in summer season at 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. during the winter. The latest assignments we undertake in the winter period is 2 p.m. and around 5 p.m. during the summer. Some cleaning services may occasionally be undertaken out of these hours.

Does D Cleaning Solution (London) operates Nights, Weekends or on Public Holidays??

A.

Some of our operatives do not mind working Sundays and on Holidays. Even more some cleaning services, i.e. office carpet/window cleaning, are best carried overnight due to customers workflow. Currently these time slots are not considered as special and standard pricing is applicable.

Does D Cleaning Solution (London) has a cancellation fee?

A.

We understand that emergencies occur and will NOT charge you if the service is postponed or cancelled for the first time. However if the cleaning service needs re-scheduling/cancelling for more than once cancellation fee will apply. The cost is 20% of job's quote with minimum charge of £30 and is payable within 5 working days. 10% daily interest applies after this period. In certain conditions some services are not subject to charge, such as: bad weather or temperatures bellow 3C for Window, Conservatory, Roof or Gutter Cleaning - most outdoor activities. Cancellation of service may also be following to operative's own risk assessment and includes obstacles or furniture in/near the area of clean. In this event customer also has the right of one free re-scheduling. Should the service be cancelled on the second attempt the customer is still bound to pay the cancellation fee as specified above.

Does D Cleaning Solution (London) has any customer assurance in place?

A.

Yes, all cleaning services we offer come with 48 hours customer satisfaction guarantee. We strive for excellence in our cleaning services and should our operatives miss a spot we encourage you - our customers, to get in touch, preferably with photo of the areas concerned. Once received the evidence will be examined and our operatives may come back and re-do those bits for free.

Will D Cleaning Solution (London) charges extra on arrival/completion of job?

A.

There are no hidden fees. The price we quote is the price our customers will have to pay and includes parking and congestion charge. Some types of services also require parking bay directly in front of site and the customer will have to provide visitors parking permit or to suspend parking slot at their own expense for the time being. To avoid disappointment we kindly ask to familiarize yourself with the parking restrictions near you prior of contact.

Please note our quotes are basic and do not include any additional services, i.e. traditional Window Cleaning does not include sills or frames, nor would Carpet Cleaning include stain removal.

Do i need to be home or provide any cleaning materials to D Cleaning Solution (London)’s operatives?

A.

We would prefer to meet our operatives on arrival and advise for the specifics of customer's/your property and any known risks it may hide. Our operatives will also quickly assess customer's/your property and advise if access points are required and the standard work flow for the services concerned. Once happy with the work process and aware of the approximate time-length you can continue with more important tasks or observe the transformation of customer's/your property. At completion of service our operatives will contact for your/customer's satisfactory confirmation and payment.

Our operatives will bring all cleaning materials. Important: They are NOT allowed to use customer's/your detergents or other cleaning materials/tools.
